Operational in Ernakulam now, the company has offices in Ernakulam and Trivandrum. Metro360 has plans to soon expand to other major cities in Kerala and other metros across the country.

Dr.Jayasankar is the CEO of Kerala Startup Mission. Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) formerly known as ‘Technopark Technology Business Incubator’ , is the India's first and Most successful Non Academic Business Incubator, hosted and housed inside the Asia's Largest IT Park Technopark. Technopark Technology Business Incubator (T-TBI), a joint association of Technopark, Trivandrum and the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, to help the technology business start-ups, started operation during 2007. KSUM is the pioneer champion among incubators which functions with a vision to support and nurture the startups in the state of Kerala. It also is the first non-academic business incubator. The Technopark TBI spreads over 20,000 sq ft is situated in the lush green and world class IT infrastructure, The Technopark, the biggest in the continent. Since launching in 2006, KSUM includes more than 200+ of India's most promising startups. A Master in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science, Arup is a veteran with 32 years in the IT Industry. He pioneered the concept of outsourcing to Wall Street firms in the late 80's and developed the first technology Center of Excellence (CoE) in the early 90's. After 26 years at TCS and some mid Tier companies like Polaris and Birlasoft for over 6 years, Arup has repeatedly demonstrated how to use the management, governance and operational framework and processes used in Tier 1 IT companies to improve the business performance of mid Tier IT companies. At Birlasoft as CEO turned around the downward trend of revenue to growth Q on Q. Started by defining the strategies and leadership structures and led the effort to define the verticals and the technologies in which Birlasoft will play to bring in the focus on guided growth. Effort involved total overhaul of the practices, processes and approach. At Polaris Software Lab as COO and President brought a thirst for excellence through unrelenting focus on three growth drivers: consulting, products and outsourcing. He steered the company to a major milestone of Rs. 1000 Crore revenue with over Rs. 100 Crore profit. He was responsible for several acquisitions and integrations during his tenure. At TCS as President of TCS America expanded the business of TCS in North America from $200M in 1999 to over $1.5B in 2005 , His first focus in US was to improve the brand of TCS vis a vis other Indian vendors with NASDAQ and NYSE listings, Led the entire operation of TCS in North America including Sales, Delivery, Analyst interactions and Brand building, Back home in India earlier he had set up the development center in SEEPZ including major relationships like GE, pioneered the relationship with Oracle Corp (established as RDBMS of choice in India)
Mr. Krishnendu Sen

Krishnendu (or KRISH, to his colleagues, friends and acquaintances) has about 30 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Products Management and Partnership Management in the IT and Telecom industries. In his current role as the Chief Marketing Officer of T-BIG (Technology Business Incubation Group), an association of technology start-up companies incubated by Kerala Start Up Mission (KSUM), Krish guides, mentors and assists the start-up companies in their organization development and go-to-market activities and initiatives. Krish has performed in several leadership roles in the IT and Telecom industries including the ones mentioned above, and has been responsible for setting and achieving challenging goals and targets. While his domain expertise is in his representations in the domestic markets, he has also back-ended marketing initiatives in Africa, MEA, Latin America, SAARC and SEA regions in his assignment with Comviva. Krish had a stint in the Indian Military Academy prior to his coming into the business management functions, and he draws heavily from his learning in the IMA in delivering in his business roles. He is an alumni of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Delhi University and Delhi Public School (Mathura Road, New Delhi). Apart from being a proud salesman (in his own words), Krish is a professional artist (painter) and has had several well received exhibitions in various parts of India.
